Culinary Sea Journey
Meet the two chef colleagues DIETER KOSCHINA and THOMAS MARTIN, two Michelin stars, on a culinary journey from Bilbao to Cadiz.
THIS SUMMER, we invite you to a breathtaking culinary trip along the Western coast of the Iberian peninsula, aboard Sea Cloud I, described by the Berlitz Complete Guide to Cruising & Cruise Ships as "the most romantic sailing ship afloat".
Our journey starts in Bilbao, Spain with a visit to the famous Guggenheim Museum, before we set sails for La Coruna and Santiago de Compostela the following day. Here, chef Thomas Martin will create and present a complete gala menu.
Next we will embark for the cliffs and beaches of the Cies islands, an archipelago off the coast of Pontevedra in Galicia. The British newspaper The Guardian has chosen the beach of Rodas on the island of Monteagudo, as "the best beach in the world."
