With a line-up including over 40 of the world's most renown chefs, IGF 2013 is promising to be the most spectacular edition ever. DIETER KOSCHINA, Vila Joya's master chef and primus motor behind the event, is looking forward to 'a great party'.

SINCE ITS premiere in 2006, the INTERNATIONAL GOURMET FESTIVAl has grown every year and is today the most acclaimed culinary event on the Iberian peninsula.
This year, and with the arrival of world class names such as Joan Roca, Quique Dacosta, Jonnie Boer, Gerd de Mangeleer, Alain Passard, Massimo Bottura, Helena Rizzo & Daniel Redondo and many, many more, Koschina is expecting the most impressive and flamboyant edition to date: 'The line-up is just incredible and it's an immense honour for me to play the host to such a string of formidable chefs. I'm also thrilled that we are able to present the magic hands of chefs from so many different corners of the world, as well as the most outstanding and creative chefs on the Portuguese scene right now. José Avillez, Hans Neuner, Ricardo Costa, Vitor Matos and Benoit Synthon are among the many Portuguese masters who have announced their participation.'
